September meeting - discussion of 2017 climate survey data and other recent datasets available; committee members tasked with reviewing data and sharing possible action items prior to October meeting; subcommittee created to plan focus groups of populations identified in the survey.

November meeting - discussion of focus group sessions; preparation of a preliminary list of action steps; initial planning for a Town Hall meeting to take place early

Committee debrief of forum - discussion of themes and feedback
Development of final report to be submitted to President Wintersteen and the chairs of the other Campus Climate Workgroups in late March.
